Reports to the Editor-in-Chief but operates with editorial independence. Responsible for: investigating complaints, ordering corrections, publishing an annual public report on complaint volume + outcomes.

- Include: article URL, the specific concern, what outcome you seek (correction, clarification, retraction, apology).
#Process + timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours.
- Initial review: within 7 days.
- Outcome: within 30 days for standard complaints; longer for complex investigations.
- Both you and the Editor-in-Chief receive the final determination.
#External escalation
If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to: the Press Council of India, the Editors Guild of India, or the relevant statutory authority. Contact details are published with the determination.
