All articles, photographs, video, and other editorial content are owned by us or our contributors and licensed for personal, non-commercial reading. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. Linking + brief quoting with attribution are permitted under fair-use conventions.
#5. User-generated content (comments)
When you post, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, display, and moderate your contribution. You retain ownership. We reserve editorial discretion to moderate, hide, or delete comments.
#6. Newsletters and notifications
Email and push opt-ins are explicit and revocable. Unsubscribe via the link in any email or your account preferences. Push notifications can be disabled via your browser/device + account.
#7. Liability + warranty

#8. Editorial corrections
Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with a timestamp. To request a correction, contact the newsroom via /contact.

Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account from /account/security. We may close your account for repeated or serious violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts at Mumbai unless otherwise required by applicable law.
#11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and on-site notice.
