Email, phone, and address details populate from admin settings (newsroom_email, newsroom_phone, newsroom_address). Set these in /admin/settings before production deploy.
#Corrections
Material corrections noted at the bottom of the affected article with a timestamp. Email the editorial address with the article URL and the specific factual issue. See Corrections & Clarifications.
#Story tips
Send via the editorial email. For sensitive material, request a secure channel via plain text first. See Source Protection.
#Privacy / DPDP grievances
Reader privacy concerns — including DPDP Act 2023 requests for access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal — should be routed to the Grievance Officer listed on the Privacy Policy. We acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30 days.
#Advertising + partnerships
Commercial enquiries should be sent to the editorial email with the subject "Partnership". Editorial independence is non-negotiable; advertorial requests are not accepted.
