#Grievance Officer
Per § 8(9) of the Act, the Grievance Officer's name, email, and phone are published on the Privacy Policy. The Grievance Officer acknowledges within 7 days and resolves within 30 days.
#Data Protection Board of India
If your grievance is not resolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under § 27 of the Act.
